Reliable Heating & Air Conditioning did great work on our former house in Hays a few years ago and just today traveled 35 miles from Hays to fix our broken AC. They had a LOT of obstacles to overcome to get it working and they did it within two hours. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

We were in the market for a new HVAC system for our house, and these guys are top-notch. David came out first to get the scope of the project and was helpful in answering my questions. When it came time for installation, his crew worked hard, coordinated well (I live out of town), and were all friendly people. They worked quickly and picked up after themselves so I wasn’t left with a mess when they left. The pricing was very competitive as well. Would not hesitate to use them again, should the need arise. For now, though, we are very comfortable in our home, and should be good to go for a while! Thanks again, guys!

David and his crew worked hard to install new heating and air conditioning in our house. They walked us through everything from changing the filters to programming the thermostat. They also told us to call if we had any questions. We are so glad we picked them to do the work! Great Customer Service!

We were in the market for a new ac unit. They got back to us in a timely manner and answered all of the questions we had. The prices were affordable. We decided to go with them, and we made the right decision! The guys were great! Provided great service, got the job done super quick, and walked us through the new system. They even helped me register the system and set up the app to use for WiFi. And the system is great so far! 10 out of 10 recommend it.

Amazing service! Our back room vents weren’t pushing heat and we have a very old furnace. Unfortunately, I believe some other companies would have told us we needed a new furnace and couldn’t fix the issue, but not Reliable. David said they would do the best they can to help fix the issue and sure enough he and Bryan found a way! We had instant results and have seen positive changes such as our heater running less (used to run constantly).

Reliable Heating & Air Conditioning is the best men to clean the furnace each fall and will come within short notice to service my AC and furnace each year. Their name says it all, RELIABLE.
